Argh!!! I'm stuck at the hammer. Its my only item and I'm still missing the square number.
Nevermind I just guessed it, figured out what the hammer was for too.
Walkthrough:
Start
[Note locked door, grey box on left shelf with indentations, locked blue box on right shelf.]
[Note number/symbol on side of bookshelf]
[Note hammerhead on top of left bookshelf is unreachable]
Read red book to determine letter-to-number code
Turn right
[Note letters on poster. What numbers do they code into?]
Get hammer handle from under couch
[Read turned up corner of poster, note symbol equation ]
Turn right
Open curtains, examine window
Open brown box with numbers derived from poster letters - get blue key
Get drawer handle from trash can
Turn right
Open refrigerator
Get egg
Get grey straw from freezer
Slide closet door to the right
Attach drawer handle
Open middle drawer -- get xacto knife
Note metallic control panel
Turn right
Open blue box with blue key -- get passcard
Use stepstool on hammerhead on top of left bookshelf to get hammerhead
Select the hammer handle, attach hammerhead
Select egg, smash with hammer -- obtain red ball
Drink liquid with straw -- note symbol/number combo
Use xacto knife on throw pillow -- obtain pink key
Go to control panel, insert card, type in code derived from the numbers associated with the three symbols according to the formula on the poster corner -- obtain green ball
Slide open closet door again, use pink key on top drawer
Your patience has been rewarded: you now have blue ball
Put your balls in the dimples on the grey box on bookself -- obtain golden key
Use golden key on door
Out
these games are simple create a game that can satisfy people about the age of eight
