    Played twice. Got both endings.

    To me, the most difficult part was where to use the binoculars. The rest was straightforward.

    I have weighted down the lever with the ice bucket and seen the letters through the binoculars, used the pencil to see the word on the paper on the bar stool...what next? what do I do with the letters? Also havent found the red square...hints please!!

    The word on the stool just tells you where to look with the binoculars, so you don't need that anymore.

    As for the letters, compare the them to the name of the bar; the missing letters are




    ROMA





    this refers to the capital of Italy






    look at the bottles, one bottle is from Italy






    the year of that bottle is the combination for the panel you get by weighing down the lever (I think).
