Wow, that was just crazy! My first time I got 95 stars, but couldn't figure out how to get to the ones I couldn't jump to. Well, there's 2 places where there are passages in the brick. I found them the second time by accident.

Got the 100.
Pretty simple once I finally found the block that you knock up to get to the top half of the screen.
I mindlessly jumped around like an idiot for a long time trying to get up there!
It took me 843 seconds and 561 jumps to get the 100 stars
100 stars and 2453 seconds... should've powered this thing down before i went to work today ;(

I have 98 stars, how do I get the last 2 that are at the top right of the screen, under the very top row?

206 jumps, 222 seconds. Took me forever to find that last hidden block, but now have beaten it twice! (SPOILER) Hey Robert John, wher there's that little 90 degree angle block, there is an invisible path through the air. At the end of it, there is a block that has five stars in it!
