ugh stuck on spider level
:) I quit on the dinosaur....
For the spider, I took all the legs on one side, the head, and then whittled away the body and legs trapping the balls into two legs and a small portion of the body...
that spider is anoying. grrr.
the spider makes me want to pull real legs off spiders. and thats horrible. but that is where this game is taking me!!!!!!!!!!! aaaaaaaaaaaagggggggggghhhhhhhhhh
i so dont have the patience for this.

Pleasant surprise: it saves your progress. I got as far as the star and quit, then went back to do it all over again and it let me choose to start at the star again.

The dinosaur one is hard. It's whole back is blocked so you can't cut slice it in half
I was able to slice the dinosaur's bottom half off by cutting off his tail and knee cap and then going straight through.
You need to leave the tail on... The narrow bits trap the balls to make space for big cuts in the main body.
arrgh why am i the only one who cant make it past the one with the crazy irregular shape?
Question: I am stuck at the Japanese wave thingy. It's the level past the dinosaur. I don't understand what to do; all my attempts are fruitless, and I can't find a walkthrough anywhere... Any ideas?
No matter how hard I try, I cannot get past the dinosaur level. I give up.

Something is wrong with the programming. Sometimes I have to hold down the mouse button to slice, sometimes it slices when I just move the mouse. Maddening.

The Japanese small wave is the last level and has no ending but rather a surprise.

Tsunami means Big Wave
Ko means small

How to beat dino?
I cut the right leg, the border left of the tail and then i'm able to cut left to right the lower body.
With a bit concentration I can cut the head, the tail, and small parts.
It's (for me) impossible to reach the goal. An hint?
OK, I got the light sabre, but now what?? There are still 2 spaces left so surely there are another 2 levels??
Not knowing is so annoying - anyone know definitively if the wave is the last or not?

Didn't have a nintendo, grew up in the poor house. No, seriously, I really didn't have one and your hint means nothing to me. Can you explain a bit more, please?
Oh, and my way of doing the spider level: Wait for about one or two seconds and then take teh bottom two legs straight off, then the head, and then the bottom two legs by cutting parts off the body as well. The rest is just chopping away, but leave at least one or two legs for the end as it's much easier when the balls are busy in them.
The dinosaur I did this way: Cut off the right leg, then the entire bottom, just be sure to leave enough room so even the big ball can still get to the tail. Then take the head off and go from there... It was tough and I repeated it just once.
OK, Chivid, got myself a Darth Vader sword to cut things up, but still nothing happens if I do...???

As for beating the dinosaur, I kinda cheated. I found out a while ago that if you create a thin enough space for the balls to bounce around in, they have a tendency to break loose and fly off into space.
So while I didn't cut off the whole tail, I made it thinner so that the balls could fly off on their own and I'd be left with fewer balls to deal with.

ah, no end, booooring...
Had the same problem with inconsistent mouse button detection -- sometimes it slices when my mouse is down, sometimes it doesn't. (Which means I die sometimes when I'm not trying to slice.)
Neat game; pretty unforgiving though.
HATE SPIDERS.
To get the lightsaber go to the japanese small wave level and type in the contra code. That code is "up up down down left right left right b a enter" (type the directions with the arrow keys). I might have got the code wrong, so if it doesnt work just google "contra code". The lightsaber doesnt seem to make any difference at all though...
I finally cut up the dinosaur after 3 days. Took me 47 slices. Thanks Carly for the hint. The balls flew out too, like Chivid's and I ended up with 3.

CLICK IN AN EMPTY SPACE,
THEN, WITHOUT UNCLICKING, RIGHT CLICK.
THEN, UNCLICK THE LEFT CLICK WHILE HOLDING THE RIGHT CLICK DOWN STILL. AFTER THAT. WAIT A SECOND AND THEN UNCLICK THE RIGHT CLICK.
YOUR COMPUTERS SETTINGS SHOULD POP UP IN A DIALOG BOX. IGNORE THIS DIALOG BOX BECAUSE THAT HAPPENS LOL. AFTER THAT, PROCEED TO LEFT CLICK ON AN OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE OBJECT IN THE GAME. IT WILL AUTOMATICALLY SLICE THROUGH IT! :)
YOU CAN DO THIS AND THE BALLS WONT EVER SHATTER THE LINE BECAUSE THE LINE IS ONLY THERE FOR AN INSTANT

Hey guys, i can get the lightsaber and I have used it when i get down to 1 pixel, but what does the lightsaber do? What do i do once i get it?
what i did for the dino level was refresh like 6 other open tabs. this made the game lag so then when it froze i just cut past the stopped balls
finished the dino-what is this japanese wave thing with a light sabre? i didn"t see anything like that!

I was playing the game for the first time then had to go outside to get my dog. Just then I saw a snake swim across the canal. Then I got back to the game and at the bottom of the page it reads:WATCH OUT FOR SNAKES!!
once you get the sabre,you can play all the levels with it!!! neat.
