It's hard!I've spent my money all at once in useless pills and things :( and now I don't know how to get out of the hospital... What should I buy?And who from?

Guys you have to purchase the items from "the little coward" who knows the way out but is too afraid to go, hope that helps I don't want to give too much away.
Now I'm stuck in the town. Not sure what I need and don't need...
The 'fun' starts when you're in the town. Got one orb, but stopping here. That limited inventory is just too annoying.
i have a baby, a stone orb, other junk. also, i gave the junkie by the hospital doors all the pain killers she wanted, but i still got nowhere. i need a key to that place with the door lock in the shape of a triangle. someone make a walkthrough, please!!
(fyi: give the two kids some candy and you will unlock an achievement)
Well, i have a baby, and in the room where you can buy keys and there are two men, there is a sign that says lost baby on it. so i am now searching the town for someone to give the baby to.
Also, where did you find the orb. i cant find it anywhere, and im running low on money
ooooh. you dont get a key for the door with a triangular lock. get the hammer from the hospital, under the stuff that is blocking the door, and use the hammer on the lock
Spencer.. Stone orb is in the floor in the hospital (same lever the nurse is) spin around and click on the floor
Managed to finish this, but my brain hurts...

Yeah, after you open the "wave door" check the hole in the wall to the top left.
ooooh, how do you open the wave door?? I put the shell on one pedastal, but what do you put on the other. I feel so stupid cause I can't figure it out.:P
A shell on both pedestals... One is in a painting, on the beach... as far as I remember, the second one is in a painting too

I cant find the second shell.. Found the one on the beach, but where's the 2nd one please ?
And how do you open that door in the cemetry ("memorial park") ?
