What in the world is a "ichneumon".....according to wikipedia it's an Egytptian mongoose. Did I look that up correctly?
yes since we use it to scare off the snake.

Well that was a little different. Poor rat family!! What happened to the mama and babies??
soooo... he left the dog + ichneumon in the cave under water? poor things!
but i'm happy for the change of pace... was getting bored of the key thing..

Minoto really changed it up this time by giving all the items up front.
i'm stuck, which is sorta sad for a minito game, but the rat just sailed to a very rocky sea and i can't figue out what to do
A Minoto NOT starting by giving you the key? Is he not feeling well or what :)

I've tried every item in my inventory on the rat and everything i could think of but nothing is working,
Use the telescope/tripod thing on one of the faraway rocks to the right :)
don't be sad, minto's just setting us up for a series! next week we'll have to save the rat's family
Rat stole the pirate hoard prompting pirates to pillage Ratland and maybe also capture or do away with Mama and Baby Rat. Papa Rat arrived home too late, but still has the hoard. Agree with the idea that next week may be rescue or ransom.
Cool. I can't wait for the next one!!

Once again the sea called out to the rat. He had discovered a map leading to treasure, and had all the tools he thought he would need. So once again, he left his family, breaking his vow of less than a year previously. He had many adventures, and lost his pets along the way (the dog and mongoose), and he had many narrow escapes. But he always came out alive, and in the end found the treasure chest! But there was no key... He took it home with him, intent upon finding a way to open it once he returned. But when he arrived back at RatLand, it was in ruins. His wife and son were nowhere to be found...

Moral of the story: don't break your promises.
And here's the Glitch Team finding another Glitch, as I love to be so critical :P
Go to the screen where you have only the star-shaped rock, and go left. The game skips the rocky sea and goes straight to the scene where Rat got lost.
