garou

58Works is back with a new escape the room game: Garou. You're somehow locked in an art gallery and need to solve the hidden mysteries to escape.

  2. I feel like I have played too many of these games, i'm starting to think in elaborate ingenious ways while the solutions in this game were much more straight forward than that; I got out once i figured that out though :)

  5. This is easy? I must be missing something, I got the fish paper, the wrench thing and a hammer, I can't figure out the heads, obviously something to do with that picture, the samurai is the silver one, and the army guy the gold, is that right?

  6. Easy?! I found the fish clue, a hammer and a key, but can't do anything with them yet.

  8. Where do you find the hammer? I can't do anything :-(

  9. Okay, so it was a wrench, and not a key, LOL.

  10. Ok, I found the hammer, what now?

  11. Wow, once I figured out the fish paper it was easy, I was just thinking they might have something to do with the fish pictures, but no

  12. for those still stuck on the fish clue: those fishes are made up of several parts, yes? find something that resembles the parts of the fish.

  13. Yes! Actually, it did become easier once I figured out the fish paper clue. The triangles. Look at the triangles.

  14. i have a fish paper, the bolt out of the gold guy's base (via the wrench thing), and a hammer. what on earth do i do now??

  15. I think I am almost there. I have the bowling pin from the statues. Now what?

  16. Ah, if I can only get past my own mind....

The hammer everyone was talking about eluded me. Until I finally found the 3X4 clue for the buttons.
(Hint: You can sit on the clue).

After that, it was pretty smooth sailing....

  17. Ugh...I'm almost there! Stuck with the bowling pin...and why do I still have a bolt-wrench?

  18. The wrench never goes away, which is a clue you need to keep using it.

This one is back to front. Hard clues early, last few are gimmes. And red herrings: things you can interact with, but have nothing to do with the solution.

    Still, quite nice. More please!

  19. I have no idea. I have the wrench, the fish paper and the hammer................. I have nothing else and I do not know what to do next.

  20. are they fishes or arrows? Have you seen any arrows in the room?

  21. Those who are still stuck...can you do anything TO the tools you have found???

  22. Won't give too much away so it spoil it:
For the heads - notice the soldier in the picture is wearing a helmet, so you need to find one.
The arrows - the picture of the books has aroows either side of it.
The bowling pin - examine it.
