sg6
A new escape the room challenge by Tateita. Can you escape from sg6?
Woo! Did it without hints, which is rare for me. For those having trouble:
Green safe box - check the walls. Red safe box - examine the window. 'Cloudy' panel - use hammer on hourglass, then use hourglass on panel. Blue salt-shaker - correlate numbers with their angles and do the math. Purple safe box - Look under the cap. Use red coin on red screw. Use salt-shaker shell on the metal, then the wrench on the box. Yellow safe box - correlate dice rolls with moves forward (the red 1 is a hint). Use key on door and you're out!
I did it with out hints also, but I totally lucked out with the 3-digit code. Had noodled with it prior to breaking the hour glass, and then went back to it and solved it by accident. I couldn't even tell you what the solution was. The rest was pretty straight forward. Nice one! Thanks, Bart!
For anyone else having trouble at the dice game part: get the first color by moving six places forward, then return to the default position and move four places forward -- again returning to the default position and so on ;)
Yikes. My sad little brain hurts. Why do I keep trying these things?

Nice, pleasant challenge. At first I didn't understand why I couldn't use the hex hammer to turn the Allen key screw.

ReplyDeleteOnly complaint is the lack of logic when your required to reconfigure the hex-hammer into a hex-key.
