onomastica
Travel the words and find out how to overcome obstacles in the linguistic platformer onomastica by mif2000.
OK that's a little weird. The MENU button should actually provide some help instead of just returning you to the start. Or label it RESTART since that's all it does. Is there more? Seems fun but short.
Concept is not new, game progress goes in one direction only, and is predictable and kinda stale. Reminds me of Word World on TV. At least that's fun and the words make better shapes. If this was a 24hr game, alright. But if somebody sat down to work on this for a long time, the result is very disappointing.
This was pretty fun. I am a liguistic person and this suited me very nicely. However; to expand this game, I would love to see more complex words and phrases- maybe idioms?
Firsties!!! HAHAHHAHa

ReplyDeleteIt's short but i like it ^^ Also the idea with the replay.. :3
ReplyDeleteAmazing! too bad it ends soon.
ReplyDeleteI really like this one. It would have been better if it was longer.
ReplyDeletevery ludic!! :D
ReplyDeleteLiked a LOT! Nice concept.
ReplyDeleteLudic, and also lucid.
stylish
ReplyDeleteInteresting! Thanks for posting it, Bart.
ReplyDeletenice one =)
ReplyDeleteThat was fun! Even if I was a little startled at the ending because it seemed pretty abrupt to me.
ReplyDeleteI agree a nice short game.
ReplyDeleteThis is a lovely and original game. Having a moment of stupidity though... can't get past stepladder...
ReplyDeleteNeverming... POP and deja vu!!
ReplyDeleteThere wasn't a whole lot to solve...most of it was self-evident, but it was still fun. Thanks, Bart!
ReplyDeleteI like the music and it was nice to play (the game, I mean: I cannot play the music), thank you Bart!
ReplyDeleteFun concept. Nice and short. Think may have become bored had it been much longer.
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure if I finished it. I got to the word play and Re. I pushed them together and It sent me to the beginning. I'm guessing that's the end.
ReplyDeleteNice game, love it!
ReplyDeleteThere was a game with similar play a while back. Had words on the screen that you had to manipulate. Does anyone remember what that game was called?
ReplyDeleteLove it! Simple, but fun :)
ReplyDeleteClever!

ReplyDeleteThis was really cool! I wish it were longer, though. Hopefully, another game in with the same idea will come out soon. :)

ReplyDeleteI loved it! I want more :)
ReplyDeleteLoved this game too cute!
