ReplyDeleteNice game, Thought the picture was telling me to put the rope in the pot. (Trying that should have helped me progress instead I was left scratching my head & trying stuff till I used the hint.)

Anonymous 18:33, I had the same problem. But you have to attach the clock numbers to the candles, and light them in THAT order.
ReplyDeleteI have the clock numbers, I've lit the candles in that order, but it still won't do anything!!
ReplyDeleteZoom in on the arrow after you have lit the candles in the correct order. You'll find a key.

ReplyDeleteI too had a problem with the candles. I figured out the solution though, 16:35:24, instead of 15:36:42. No idea where that number comes from, that's the order the candles were lit video walkthrough of the game and what works for me.
ReplyDeleteCandles... Light the #1 position, light the #2 position which is candle 6......15:36:42 2nd candle lit is the 6th candle.

ReplyDeleteRe clock: number sequences are usually ambiguous. Does 312 mean the button order is 312 or is it 231?
I have the rope and the pot, but now I'm stuck. The HINT says, "Initial ABC... !
ReplyDeleteI can't figure out if that's supposed to be a hint on how to open the top drawer, or if the game hasn't registered that I already have the rope because I need to do something with it I haven't figured out yet.
Please help!
Just find a way to get some water with the pot. A rope might come in handy ...

ReplyDeleteI tried tying the rope to the pot, but I still can't use the pot in the well. Or I can tie the rope so it dangles into the well, but then I can't attach the pot. I also have the flashlight, but can't figure out what to do with that either.

Another lovely Robamimi. I needed a couple of nudges from the hints (and Anonymous 19:54's subtle hint), but I swam away nicely.
ReplyDeleteSubtle hint about the 3 digit safe? It says "Alphabet" and it means it!
(P.S. There are no numbers in the alphabet.)

ReplyDeleteThe numbers on the clock are the labels for the candles. You just light them from 1 to 6, using the designation from the clock.

Caroline, trust me I would of never beat this game without one, but usually I don't do walkthrough's anyways. I just give up if I reach a stand still.
