lyne
A minimal and thoughtful puzzle game for your mind: lyne by Thomas Bowker.
Bart: Honestly, it didn't occur to you to mention that this game requires Unity (and is therefore unplayable by those of us using Linux)?
Until Unity is available for all platforms, I really wish game developers wouldn't use it. At least Flash, with all its flaws, is available to just about everyone.
From what I have found Unity needs .net framework version 4.5 to run newer games. (This does not run on XP.) So if the programer uses just one of the new commands it won't run on 4.0.
Running an XP-machine - too bad. "Error starting Unity Player". I mean - hey, XP is still one of the most prevalent OSs. So I think this is quite annoying.
not last, FIRST

Argh, that's why it didn't seem to do anything. I thought it was just me being stupid.
ReplyDeleteCan anyone explain how the levels work? How many are there?

ReplyDeleteInteresting game, Bart. Glad to finally see a Unity game that doesn't make nausea a requirement. Thanks for sharing it with us! :)
ReplyDeleteIf Unity uses programing code that only runs on newer OS., then they should list the system requirements.
ReplyDeletedidn't get it!
ReplyDeletei really liked this one, it started out really simple but it got complicated once you have 3 colors and multiple parts needing two hits
ReplyDeleteHave installed Unity on a PC. Can't get past first screen. Please advise. Thank you.
