worldgate 3: exodus
The continuation of the science fiction point and click adventure by William Buchanan, Worldgate 3: exodus.
I'm glad to see another Worldgate is out. The puzzles were interesting, once again mostly well laid out with only a few oddities. I don't quite get the ending though, why am I still working for Victor if they gave me the green keystone?
^ Victor still has the keystone to the last pocket. If you walked away now he might somehow succeed in finding the last DT core? maybe better to keep him at bay while you come up with some kind of plan...i'm guessing by the way the gates work taht we'll have to set some kind of trap for him in part 4...
Nice puzzles, but some a bit too hard for me, only the storyline is weak - think about what 1.5 billion years of geologic activity would do to almost any mountainous area.
first

ReplyDeleteThis is the first Worldgate where I didn't need the walkthrough :)
ReplyDeleteOnce again I enjoyed this part of the series. No idea how the order for the code was established though.
ReplyDeleteDid anyone else notice that it uses the soundtrack to Riven..?
