When you have 1,337 candies, it says you have leet candies.
I wasn't sure how to "get started" on this game at first either, but once you have enough candies to do more than eat them or throw them on the ground, you can start to unlock game features and it eventually turns into an adventure game.
At 42 candies, it makes a face ...\o/...or maybe that's a cheer.
Found a box, tried talking to it so it opens, tells me ''you know you're talking to a box?''
Then i go to a tree and i can speak to a frickin' SQUIRREL...Yeah love the game so far so good
So I can't win tic tac toe against a squirrel...
To win the Tic tac toe try to find a X out the square....

Ugg, I didn't allow the game to save locally, closed the tab and lost almost a million lollipops.
I find it extremely embarrassing that I can't beat the squirrel at tic tac toe... :(

Is it bad that I went to the save section, saved it to a local file like it allows, edited the file to give me tons of candy and lollipops and then reloaded it just fine? Haven't messed with the save file other than that to see what can be done, but seems possible. It's tough sitting around waiting for candies and lollipops to grow in order to move forward.
I currently have 270 candies. I can't make any more requests. How long until something interesting happens?

Its a fun game, but it gets a bit boring after you get 1500 lollipops per second and 987 candies per second.
Candy Box 2 is even more addicting than the first one! ;(

What do you do with the lollipops? and I defeated the first quest and now cant find anything to click on. What the hell do I do now? and don't say buy stuff cuz I already bought all of it.
Also, what do I do with the map. I feel like that is what will lead me out of this place of locked houses and empty shops...but I can't get it to do anything!!!!

It should remind you of Cookie Clicker, especially since the author of that one cited the first Candy Box as a big influence.
I am glad to see people still make games like these. I remember going by bus to another school that had a "P.E.T." computer with text like graphics.
Once I found this game, I went online and played the first one, which is also super-fun. Thanks for posting the game!
I used math to guess the # of marks and then I saw I could have just counted them. (hint :letters are not in the normal order.) Right now I am waiting to power up to make more potions & max out my farm. Stuck at sea serpent,RPG dragon,&forest

The letter sequence is Candies spelled backwards :)
For the how many candies question just enter how many candies you have.

For the marks on the tree, he means his own tree. Count the marks on only the trunk.
For the letter sequence, you need to look at the name of the game.
Wow this game is very long. There is a wiki for both games & maxing out your farm will help you avoid too much waiting. hint : search map for "*".

Mich, you need to defeat the octopus king first. Then wear the unenchanted version while fighting yourself and you'll win with 1 HP in the end due to self confidence.

still cant figure out how to jump...
Find the * on the map near the cave. It is the pogo-stick. Don't forget to fight mobs what drop equip again after you enchant said equip & also you need to constantly equip stuff.

At last, I have unlimited power !!!
I earned every item & killed all mobs. Now I can hack the computer & shower myself in candy till the trick or treat monsters come for it.
Oops I guess I never killed the dragon , sea serpent , cyclops ,or witch. Hint: that's a big cauldron so spam fill bottles & you only have to make one potion to get a hundred.
Is there a way to steer the player during fights or is the player supposed to end up sitting in the corner waiting the teleport to be casted? Quite annoying and I'm stuck.
Ok, problem solved, I figured out how to win battles even though the player has no steering wheel. X)

all of the quests become a whole lot easier once you get the rocket boots!

They're in the third room in the desert fortress. I got to it by making steps out of four obsidian walls. :)
Super RPG gives a small candy prize the first time you finish a floor, so you need to get farther every time. The reward of "Hard Mode" is rumored to be up around lv. 20. Level 24 and up is randomly generated but lv. 23 is said to be impossible. Hard mode = no hp. boost for eating candy.
Galactic Wars costs 1000 and you win the score back in candies. Use the squeeze skill to get smaller , it is earned (like the 3 colored fins) by killing sponge & stuff in the sea.

The X potion isn't very hard to figure out. I got it first try.
I'm stuck in the third room of the desert fortress: I tried using obsidian walls and jumping but I can't reach the box! :( some help?
The way I did it was to (SPOILER_ALERT)
make an obsidian wall, then to attack the obsidian wall until it is 4 blocks below the ledge. Then use teleport to go back to the beginning, and one block before the first obsidian wall place another obsidian wall. This time though, every time you break a block teleport back to the beginning, because if you are under the second wall you will also attack blocks from the first wall and you might make it too short for you to be able to reach the ledge. It is okay if you break five blocks instead of four, but try not to because it's good to leave yourself room for error and your person can't jump up 6 blocks. Keep repeating this process until the second wall is 4 blocks lower than the first. Now teleport back and make a third wall right in front of the second. Keep doing the same thing over and over again until you have a wall low enough to jump unto from the ground. Then use the obsidian walls, each 4 blocks below the one before it, as stairs to reach the end. Please leave another comment saying so if anything was not made clear.
NOOOOOOOOO!!!!! My computer just turned off, I brought up candy box 2 again, and I had lost everything!!! I had it set to save every 10 minutes, so I don't know what happened! Somebody help!

why cant i find the magical sponge, i have goon threw the sea like 30 times but i still havent found it, is there something else i need to unlock befor it will show up?
I love this game! But there's this weird bug where it's saying my magic purple balls are fireballs.
The people are very lucky to have this blog because it has better knowledge.

HOW DO I BEAT THE DEVELOPER?!
Gone to every place, bought everything, missing the purple shark fin, Y stone and talking candy. Can't beat the developer. Gone really far in the sea but died. So, how do you beat the developer? Gonna try later for the purple shark fin.
And I know you get the Y stone after beating the developer, and the talking candy by putting all 4 stones at the top of the tower. It spells PLAY.
