Hi! I'm Bart Bonte, a Belgian independent game designer and bontegames.com is where I blog about new interesting browser and mobile games. My own games are all in the left column (or at the bottom of this page on mobile). More info about me and my games on bartbonte.com.

I haven't started this one yet, but I have played through the equally delightful "Escape Candy Rooms" app and found it nearly identical to the browser version, and possibly even more enjoyable on my Android device since the touch screen gives it that tactile element.
I'm guessing that if I could read Japanese, I might have read about this on Funkyland's page by now. I haven't checked whether it's available on iOS devices.
Personally, I think the apps deserve their own post on bontegames: they're free and I think they are up-to-date with all the series' releases so far. It's like Funkyland on-the-go!
P.s. Belgium played a great game on Tuesday. As much as I love Team USA and would have given anything to beat you, it's clear that the Belgians had a better game. But how about that Tim Howard?? Unbelievable. I met him once, years ago, got his autograph :D
Cheers Angela! I didn't know so I'll check out the apps! Yes, it was a great football game, lot's of excitement the whole game long and yes what a great keeper you have! So now you can cheer for the Belgium team in their next game(s)? :)

ReplyDeleteI found it hard to find the can opener as well - but did it.
ReplyDeleteAnother fun find the fruit game. :)
ReplyDeleteBart,
ReplyDeleteNot sure if you are already aware, but I only just discovered that Funky land has a free Android app based on this series:

Yes, we visited Gent earlier this year and it was beautiful, so once USA was out we began rooting for our Belgian friends!
