Can someone explain the 3x3 grid? I get that it somehow connects to the patter on the opposite wall with the spade, diamond, heart, and club, but I'm not sure what how that clue works out.
Also found the 3x3 "not obvious". Worked it out by trial and error - don't assume you press the four squares shown sequentially. There may be other squares in between, hint, hint :-)
Love these...this installment is tougher than some of the others. The 9-square hint got me too, but I worked it out with a little help from my friends.
What new series can Funkyland come up with? Whatever it is, I'm looking forward to it
Yup the new computer works great. fun game, stalled thinking there were 5 blanks for a 4 suit repeat around the grid. also took a while to find the 6th coin. I wonder how many games I can go back & play now.
yeah, first. Really like funkyland puzzles
ReplyDeleteWell that was a nice set of puzzles, I liked the clue with the pattern, a nice twist. Thanks Bart!

ReplyDeletethe 3x3 grid:
ReplyDeleteyou have to click every square.
Follow the order on the opposite grid without crossing the squares
I had the same problem with the 3 x 3 grid, but then figured it out more or less by accident.

ReplyDeleteYeah, that 3x3 grid was NOT made clear enough IMO. For anyone else who needs a hint, here's what the game is trying to tell you:
ReplyDeleteClick all nine of the boxes, in such an order that you hit the symbols shown in the order shown.
Please post your fave games of 2014 soon, Bart! I can't wait any longer XD
ReplyDelete@PK: Thanks for the hint!

ReplyDeleteYay! I did it. Nice puzzle.
ReplyDeleteI just get ERROR after it loads if I use Chrome, nothing if I use Firefox.
ReplyDeleteMight be it is time to unwrap my new computer & unplug this old XP.
