This kinda hard, but I love it.
This one is definitely a challenge, and pretty much an entirely new game, with only the basic theme being the same as the original Sphinx game.
I made steady progress right up until the end, but I'm currently stuck on what I believe is the final puzzle (the one with the little telescope). That one reminds me a lot of Neutral's Vision escape.
OMG ... WOW!
@Tom: Try turning the lights off and going back into each room. You'll see a glowing spot in each. Investigate them, and you'll figure it out from there.
Thanks, that was the one thing I had missed. In retrospect, I should have looked for it, but for some reason I had assumed the lever only affected that one room.
Some things that were not intuitive for me:
- the pick needs to be used to break something other than the obviously brittle brick in the wall
- the little cube is not manipulated by clicking, but by dragging it with your mouse
- the order for the colours on the pyramid (possibly how fast the different hourglasses run?)
- you can get your marbles (balls) back after you use them to get the flute, but for this you need to find another (dark) marble
A very nice, long escape, and mostly straightforward. I only needed a walkthrough for the colours, the other "difficult" things I discovered by accident. Thank you!
I enjoyed this, Bart! Thanks for sharing it with us. :)
WoooooooooooooW!
This is one of the best (and longest) escape games I've ever played! I would like them all to be like this one! :D
wow - so many different puzzles, so unique, I loved it. The look is amazing, challenging, fun, great!! Im looking forward to a sequel!
Wow. Awesome.
What a great set of puzzles. Kotorinosu really did a good job creating a multi-leveled complex for you to get out. Nice graphics, good intermixing of clues, and lots of unexpected doors.
Yes, this one is definitely several levels above your average escape game.
Just Wow!
if you don't have an hour or two to spare, don't play it. Excellent game!
