the calm room escape
Tesshi-e prepared another room for your point and click enjoyment. Can you escape from the room in the calm room escape? (you can switch between Japanese and English language in the opening screen)
This is possibly the first time I worked out one of Tesshi-E's room escapes with ease AND got the happy coin! Either this one was too straightforward, or I'm getting a lot better at these. ^_^
The window puzzle definitely got me, even though it's fairly direct (I was over thinking it). All in all, this was another great escape from Tesshi-e. Thanks for sharing this one, Bart!
FYI, the "Read Sit Sleep" puzzle seems to be bugged. It only accepts the correct answer once you move all the dials (one of which a full turn since it already starts on the right number).
Out, with lucky coin. I needed help with just one thing: I hadn't connected both the right painting clue and the window clue with the left painting. Once I learned that, it was fairly obvious.
Who can be calm when they are trapped ? That FYI comment helped me force the one combo open the dumb way. still don't get what the clues were. Also never saw any happy coin even though I used every item I saw.
Good one. No help needed, except the wife and I did it together, and we each got something the other missed.
Always like to see both endings, so we saved the game before finding The Happy Coin (what's a "lucky" coin? 8-) ). But, there seems to be no way to reload a saved game in this one. Still fun, though.
I really enjoyed this Mild Escape. Tesshi-e has once again made a nice set of puzzles to solve with good graphic and style. Remember you always unlock the door but don't leave before finding the happy coin! The "Read Sit Sleep" puzzle is a math equation that you put together with the numbers in the different locations (basically just line them up as is) and the glass tube needs you to orient the two levels and adjust the mechanism on the upper floor to get it to work.
First time first, I liked it. Was struggling at one point, but it's pretty straight forward.

ReplyDeleteLove the music, but Tesshi-e's games just confirm to me how unsmart I am. Every time.

ReplyDeleteI can't figure out how to get the handle out of the glass tube!!! help :(
ReplyDeleteFirst time ever I managed to solve one of these without help, AND got the happy coin on the first try.
ReplyDeleteYippee! :-)
