alien crab in the ghostmaze
You are an alien crab and you were told that the most powerful weapon in the universe was hidden in this maze. Find out if it is that epic in alien crab in the ghostmaze by Xaychru.
I gave up after level 12, gameplay has to be quite precise but the character moves pretty fast. Combine that with the dodgy hand crossover of using cursor keys and mouse you end up frustrated.
Ok, I actually played through to completion. Let me just say, totally not worth it, all because of the last level. You'll know when you're on it because the difficulty and tedium are pushed too far. I mean, mechanically, the game worked just fine, but it didn't even have an ending scene or dialogue or anything, just a "thanks for playing".
If you stand left/right of a stone and try to blow it, the wind comes from the space "north" of the character (where the fan resides visually) instead of the space the character is standing on. That's a terrible mistake of relative space, especially in later levels where you're trying to blow the stone precisely along a path. You have to stand below the stone in order to blow it directly left/right. The character and the fan should be occupying the same tile, but they don't according to gameplay.
Gave up on level 20. Didn't like it that much. I found it hard to control.
ReplyDeleteFunny and very original, thanks for posting!

ReplyDeleteThe super windmill was a great touch to the game. Thanks Bart!
ReplyDeleteStopped being fun around level 14. Sorry, not for me.

ReplyDeleteI gave up after 6 attempts on 17. Way too frustrating.
ReplyDeleteA few rough levels on the way to level 25, but nothing horrible. Then ... that level is just an exercise in frustration. I gave up to save my sanity.
ReplyDeletewowowo
ReplyDeleteThis game is epic
This would be so much easier IF I HAD AN ACTUAL MOUSE!
