ring
Find the ring that will allow you to escape in the latest escape the room game by no1game. (note: click 'English' first to put the game in English)
Tip if you want English: When you start, click on English. The button text will change to Japanese, but this indicates the action of the button, not the selected language. If you accidentally start while it says English, you will get Japanese and will need to reload the page if you want to switch to English.
It also looks like this game is implemented in HTML5? Can anyone confirm this?
Nice game! Took me a while before I realized the 3x3 grid blocks can have other colors besides black and brown. Once I figured that out, I was out! Thanks for posting Bart!
I had a hard time with the suitcase labels. I finally realized I was over-thinking it (I was taking their orientation into account, i.e., vertical/horizontal, slanting). When I just read them left-to-right, it worked.
Stuck with the suitcase labels (probably overthinking) and the coloured squares. I tried blacking out the unused squares as per the paper hint, but it didn't work. Then tried the paper hint on the luggage labels. Nada. Help?
I don't understand the message inside the ring. (Does it have a meaning?) I already know how to use it to escape once I have it, but it would also be nice to understand its significance.
@Anon 21 June 2015 at 08:21 - If you mean what is the message behind the code, I'm guessing that the boyfriend's name starts with "T" and the escapee's name starts with "E". So the gift/ring is from "T" and is to/for "E".
"Anonymous C" here. OK, so I'm slower than most of you. I need a bigger hint about the suitcase labels than just "left to right," and, "pencil." Tried the pencil on the labels, no luck. Tried reading them, in order, left to right, no luck. One letter each? Which? Why that one? How to know? Please help this slow person. Thanks.
I usually don't leave a comment this late but... rub the pencil on the paper to see the rest of the clue. I bet some people guessed the answer as the sizes are not rearranged.

Out. It's nice to see a non-flash (and non-unity) escape game.
ReplyDeletecute little game! I so suck at these, but I could finish this one without help. Thank you, Bart!

ReplyDeleteMy hang up was not realizing that the black "cupcake-holder" was in the shape of numbers. From then on it was a breeze ;)
ReplyDeleteYes! I got an ear cleaning stick, I've wanted one for ages!
ReplyDeleteOut! Thank you, Bart

ReplyDeleteAnna, maybe you should use another item on the paper hint...
ReplyDelete@Anna in Spain - Only one letter from each code is used. Using the pencil will help...
ReplyDeleteAwww that was cute. But I admit I had to come here to read one clue.
ReplyDeleteI am so bad at these--thanks, Bart, for posting one that I could actually finish!!!
ReplyDeletenice and short
ReplyDeleteDid it all on my own! X ) Best ending I've seen in a while. : )
