Hi, PK. Not sure if you still stuck. The rope is used to hook onto something and pull it in so the item(s) in it can be accessed.

Anonymous 03:01. Use it with the cash register. There are two different items to be found there -- one by using "182"; the other by using "306".

stuck with the screwdriver, eggs are placed, rope was no problem, but where to use the screwdriver???

Out easily, once I noticed the boat.
Once I realized I could click on the basket of eggs, I was out easily.
Not the best one of this series. Had to pixel hunt too much. Some of the places to click were not clear.
I didn't like this one at all. I don't know why as I've found all the others relatively easy but I was clicking away and still had no items at all in 10 minutes as nothing felt particularly logical, as Slug sad I had to resort to pixel hunting. I eventually got there but it's the longest I've ever taken to complete one of these.
