the happy escape 10
You come across a mysterious door and without thinking you decide to enter the room so now you have to solve all the riddles to escape from the happy escape 10 by Tesshi-e. (you can switch between Japanese and English language in the opening screen)
Good one, only one ending as far as we could tell. Didn't need any hints, but satisfying level of difficulty. Don't like the navigational model, but the puzzles were great.
My brain doesn't seem to understand these ones at all, only figured out about half of it by myself, used walkthrough video for the rest. Nice music though!
What I was stuck on for the longest time was not realizing I could click to zoom in on the four red wine glasses on the table. After that all of the puzzles might as well have solved themselves.
First :)

Got my Happy Coin!
ReplyDeleteNot too easy but ... OUT!
also got mr Birdy ;)
ReplyDeleteNeeded some walkthrough help, but out...
ReplyDeleteThat was fun, challenging enough to be interesting but not hard enough to get stuck. Happy Coin ending is the only ending as far as I can tell.
ReplyDeleteGot 4 coins, 2 glass(?) - long green and short purple and something look like a shovel
ReplyDeleteAnd now I'm stuck :(
I don't understand yet what to do with the cove tail clue...I know (I think..) where to use it..but not how!
ReplyDeleteoh well, I'll get there!
I needed a walk-through for a couple parts. I don't understand how the whole things with the numbers worked though? any help there?
ReplyDeleteSpecifically the part with the numbers as they relate to the card symbols is what I'm a bit confused on :)
ReplyDeleteFor the numbers: write numbers (and symbol where appropriate) in the suit order given, then do what it says...
ReplyDeleteFor the Cove Tail clue, think positions...
Just write them down in sequence and the meaning will shine through ;-)

ReplyDeleteI'll probably figure it out tomorrow, but the zodiac thing has me over a barrel. can someone clue me in?
ReplyDeletethe zodiac thing gives you a sequence when read top to bottom. reproduce that under the cat painting...

ReplyDeleteWhere have all the minoto games gone to?
ReplyDeleteOnly got stuck with the liquid level order.
ReplyDeleteI question the culture of walking into random unlocked doors & getting locked in!
anonymous 2/28 at 10:56 I got that part. it's the sequence I'm missing.
ReplyDeleteNice one... not too hard.
ReplyDeleteSmart zodiac puzzle.
