I got all the achievements except the one for playing it over and over again.

I used the first guy.
Never used the old gold coin, or the caged soul area in the mine.
I've been through it twice, once as the nerdy guy and once as the girl. I swear, the first time through, I didn't need to use the coin, but the second time, I had to.
ReplyDeleteI find the "hidden object" character a bit annoying, I had trouble finding all the boards even on the second pass, but otherwise, it's a nice game.
Yes, the boy with glasses doesn't need to use the coin - he hacks the machine. The girl and the boy with the bandana both need to use the coin. The only thing in the mine area that you use id the key you find there, otherwise, nothing to do in that area.

The boy with glasses can hack the vending machine, and the girl can crawl through the gap between the trap door and floor in the cabin. I am not sure what the other boy can do that the others can't.
ReplyDeleteTotally stuck.. I have a bunch of stuff.. a strange key, tools, three planks, a lighter.. I just keep wandering around.. I need to get the fish, but nothing I have is helping.

ReplyDelete@eightoclock: the boy with the bandana can push down the walkway to the ship without needing the wrench.
So really, each character has one specific shortcut, but otherwise the game's the same each time. Still nice!

Hexagon- the number of times the red light lights up at the light house (4)
Pentagon- on the rock at the starting point. The number is in Morse Code. (3)
Diamond- The number of circles in the dreamcatcher at the beginning of the forest (5)

P.S., the code is different every time, but if you go by the same steps, then you'll get the answer. And also, you don't need to light it up, but if you want to save the other characters, then it's recommended.
You have to google the Morse code on rock. It's a different code Everytime. The light blinks on lighthouse. The number of circles in dreamcatcher, the number on wall in cabin on triangle
ReplyDeleteI'm stuck on the password for the lighthouse for all the symbols - triangle, hexagon, pentagon and diamond (the numbers are 9527 exactly in that order) but for some reason when I follow the order and put in the numbers it always rejects me. It's very frustrating, that i have to keep resetting just to be able to try and get in into the lighthouse, Please help me!
