Time for another browser oldie: treasure box by Nanahiro Wada from 2004. Once upon a time there was a king who had all the power and wealth. Before he passed away he had hidden his treasure and sealed it with mysterious power. Can you find the treasure in this point and click game?

That was cute and funny, thanks for posting this.
This brings back memories.
I wonder if you remember another game with about the same design style from about the same period which was like an exploration of a castle? I think there was a big star or sun in a hall and maybe some restrooms? (weird, I know).
It was somewhat similar to Skutnik's Daymare Town series, but simpler and much earlier. I've been trying to google but I can't seem to find out what the game was.
...and now I'm stuck on this because I can´t get past the piano. Oh well.
The order of the notes for the piano is: 5 8 12 5 2 4
Ok, finished. And I found out that the game I was the museum game by this very same artist! Thanks for pointing me in the right direction, I have thought a lot about that game over the years. Now over there to play some more.
Took me a while to discern the objective on the propeller-bicycle-traffic-light stage. It's not to position the ball in the traffic light, which is what I was trying for much too long.
@Anonymous thanks for that, I didn't see your comment earlier.
Please help: what is the objective on the propeller-bicycle-traffic-light stage? I don't understand ist.
There are a lot of bugs in this one. At the train/generator stage, the ball goes invisible. And at the piano stage, the screen does not scroll down low enough for you to see the numbers on the keys.
That is a link to the "Museum game" http://www.donpixel.com/play/050504183400/
I don't understand what to do after the piano stage
Now this was a weird game XD
If the screen isn't scrolled down far enough to play the piano, there's something else you need to do...
Finally worked out the helicopter stage (um, try stuff).
Fun, and weird, as it should be.
I was left feeling like I was an unwilling participant in a Monty Python skit.
I'm enjoying the oldie but goody games.
Samorost came to mind as a candidate for this category.
that was awesome!
