a kishoutenketsu in the countryside [browser]
Explore the outdoors, find your way through the mazes, face four puzzles and live great adventures in the puzzlescript puzzler A Kishoutenketsu in the countryside by HeskHwis.
Good game, a little on the cryptic side at the beginning, and a little on the easy side eventually, but a very enjoyable little distraction nonetheless. I really enjoy puzzleScript games with one big area, rather than separate small levels !
@Keeper - 4 keys. West is moving stones. North is crossing swamps (islands). South is traveling through the tree trunks. East (east of your starting position, between the two twigs) is traveling through the brush (follow the lighter patches, you'll see what I mean).
MMM Hot chocolate!

ReplyDeleteI loved it!
ReplyDeleteGood one.
ReplyDeleteCute! And not too hard to figure out, although the tree key took me a while to find. One of the more fun things I've seen done with PuzzleScript.
ReplyDeleteI brute forced my way through the forest all the way top the key, then I figured out the "trail markers". And to think I was an Eagle Scout.
ReplyDeleteVery nice game - loved it! The island hopping puzzle reminds me of http://www.draknek.org/games/puzzlescript/skipping-stones.php
ReplyDeleteNice but the lower right part took me some time... until I noticed the slight difference in the background one needs to find to proceed...
ReplyDeleteI seem to miss the top right key (I have got the "tree", "island" and "stone")
ReplyDeleteWould anyone have any advice? Thanks!

ReplyDeleteThanks Kiel, then I'm missing the trees. Let me try again
ReplyDeleteDamn, but that was tricky! I love a challenge, though. :)
ReplyDeleteThat was some KIND of sneaky. I loved it! : )
ReplyDeleteso after the fourth key you're just spawned back to the beginning like it's nothing? that's unsatisfying. or is there more?
ReplyDelete@wimp - the keys unlock the gate in the top right corner of the map
ReplyDeleteGreat!
ReplyDeleteDiscovering this one today =3
