bunosphere [browser]

Bunosphere by Torcado is another puzzle game created for the 'a small world' themed Ludum Dare 38 game jam. You play as a bunny hopping around a small planet and need to find four objects by solving different puzzles. Of course you also like carrots.

I feel like it is passe to say "First" any more, but old habits die hard :)

Whoohoo I got all the carrots.

Next to the right compass,
What does the times mean?

Seems glitched; I keep hitting invisible walls that stop me from actually circling the planet.

It was never okay to say "first".

Invisible walls seem intentional, but annoying. The times, you need to aim the compass as if it were a clock hand...it's sort of finnicky.

Could be a good game with some more work, but what do you expect in 48 hours, I guess.

I love the dynamics and concept of this game - it has a great feel and, with the bunny character, is reminiscent of those old Ferry Halim orisinal games... Nice job.

I love this! yes, some flaws..but the concept is lovely, and with more time this will become awesome!

Also can't do the times bit... not sure what "aim the compass" means in the comment above. Gutted I can't finish the game...

as above. struggling to figure out what to point where to achieve the times. I've lit up 2:00 but don't know how!

Any hints would be appreciated!

I figured out the clock puzzle. You need to point the end, that is farther from you, to the time it says on the stone tablet. For example you need to move the bunny at around 7 o"clock, so it'll point to 2 o"clock.

A little more clarification on the compass/clock puzzle:

If you can see the time on the stone tablet, you already found that "time". I wandered around the edges of the enclosed area (such that the "compass" was near the edge of the sphere) until each of the times lit up. 2, 9, 5, 11, 7:00, in that order.

Fun game. :-)

I never figured out the rule for the times puzzle, but walking around aimlessly in the area eventually got them all lit up.

I'm a little confused. I think I finished the game, but I'm not sure. I got all the towers lit up, but I'm still wandering around like a hamster in a ball. Am I supposed to do something with the big rock?

That felt like a very short version of a Legend of Zelda game with all the exploration and puzzle-solving. I loved it!
