spikes 'n' stuff [browser]
Avoid being stabbed by the spikes that pop up from the ground when you walk over them or being hit by arrows when you step in front of them in the latest puzzlescript puzzler Spikes 'n' Stuff by Alan Hazelden.
Nice one! @Anonymous I think I know where you are, spent some time there too :) Well if go just after the arrow shooting up, you should be able to make it through the passage
Got to what appears to be a gold ball. Not sure what to do with it. I have tried to drag it back through the levels but can't figure out how to get through second to last levels with arrows.
gah, stuck in room with one arrow from bottom, one from left which hits you as you run through a two-step corridor to the right. can't seem to see how it's even possible. help?
The way to get past the room with the two-step corridor is to entice the arrows to shoot simultaneously and/or through the spikes when they get high enough to block them.
I'm having difficulty escaping with the gold out of the room with the four arrows pointing down along the top and the one arrow in the bottom left corner.
In the room with the four arrows pointing down along the top and the one arrow in the bottom left corner, I can't leave pushing the gold in front of me. How do I escape pulling it?
I think it might be mathematically impossible to escape that room with the 4 arrows and the gold. But, then again, I'm not a mathematician, so I could be wrong.
On the way in, I got to a four arrow puzzle and thought it would have been easier if I was going the other way ... and then it wasn't. Yay! Undoing and Restarting was a bit of a PITA though: it screen would go black until I made a move again. Other than that, it was a good challenge.
Ah, now, I got the solution for getting the gold out of the 4-arrow madness:
Push the gold under the L-shape *Tricky part* Get the gold positioned so that you can... Push the gold up toward the left-most arrow Pull the gold through the passage
Draknek strikes again! It's two a.m. and you think you've finally gotten to the last "room" and you learn that you've got to do it all over again, backwards! Strangely, this is probably one of his "easy" ones! At least it was solvable in one sitting and I still had a few strands of hair left at the end. Thanks again, AH!
Starts fairly easy but now I'm hopelessly stuck in the part with 2 arrows from the bottom and 2 arrows from the left and a small passage...

Thanks palat, I didn't try that!

ReplyDeleteHow did you get out of the 4-arrow puzzle with your gold, Michael Ursutti? Did you do it by going over or under the L-shape?
