I need help with the three-digit code. Have placed the plate with cut outs, but I dont get it.
Just got the Allen wrench, but have no idea where to use it. I could use a little help

My turn to be "that guy", I found this one logical and straightforward, unexpectedly so for Tesshi-e.
For the three-digit code beside the plate, you need to re-use a fine conceptual trick you've already used once in the game, near the beginning. Does that help?

You are on the right track. How did you open the FINE cabinet? (I was trying to be coy with the "fine" conceptual trick wording, you see...)
I got the FINE-hint. ;) - Just didn't know what to do with it. I'm also out now. You have to use ALL the numbers! Don't know why but I was trying to use only those on the plate or in the holes.
Don't forget "A Happiness Coin will bring happiness to you!!"

The cutout really threw me.
First I thought it was a 3x5 clue for under the F.
That one is down to mr birdy.
Then when I finally hung it up, I was doing math.
Eventually I figured out it was more than fine.
As mentioned previously, don't forget to get the Happy Coin before you escape.
