zengrams [browser]
Move, rearrange, cut and combine shapes so they fill up the outlined area in each of the 70 levels of the (previously mobile only) minimalist browser puzzler Zengrams by Andreas Boye.
Hi Andreas, I can't get level 70 to work. When I look at the solutions on YouTube (e.g. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZSSg-JuRjlc) it uses a wider board and doesn't work on mine because I can't drag that centre square to the position shown as the game won't let it go partly off-screen. Help?
@H.B. Horrorme Really glad that you like it! @Helen R-S Yeah, it is my main regret about the game that i let it support two grid sizes depending on the mobile device. All puzzles are solvable on both sizes, but the larger size allows more solutions and is therefore much easier.
Was about to criticize the game for not having "undo" button, but there is one - just click the bottom diamonds. Somewhat reminds me of the "Folds" puzzle series, but is quite unique.
36 is remarkably easy once you see it. Move one triangle into a corner to clear the playing space, then arrange the second triangle so the entire square of the corner overlaps with the background shape. Do the same with the next triangle, then clean up the rest.
@Anonymous 19:10- I can't solve Level 36 for the same reason. The triangles go outside the box and it would take too many moves to do it a different way. This is such a fun game though. I love it. Andreas Boye comments further up this thread about the grid size...
If you are you looking for a solution or a walkthrough for one of the game links, please have a look in the comments.

Level 36 seems not solveable on that smaller board. Or is it?
It is, let me know if you need a hint :-)
Nevermind, I got it =)
Hi Andreas, I could use that hint...

Same problem here
@Moi85, I can give you hint:
the first step is a small step back.
And thank you Andreas, great game!
PS: I am still on Level 70.
done, easier than i thought.
nowhere near the the higher levels yet..just at level 5..
I'm just not getting the logic of it completely yet
are the diamonds at the bottom just indicating how many moves you have that turn?
ok, am starting to get the hang of it now..
(this must be a realllllyy interesting live comment kinda thing for all you guys..)
A lot of fun, I really like the concept. Nice difficulty curve as well
@H.B. Horrorme : did you manage the level 70?
@PetitePatate: I did, you want a hint?
@H.B. Horrorme Yes please... I tried a lot of things. Could you give me the first move?

Andreas - could you give me a hint for level 70 on the smaller grid? I have been trying and trying but cannot come up with a solution.
For the life of me I can't figure out 36 on the smaller grid. :(
@PetitePatate: put those darker shapes in the middle..
OMG, I did it. I'm still not sure how, but I did. :)
Finally got level 70 - thanks for the hint HB!
yeah, stuck on 36 also. fun game. thanks, bart

can not solve level 28
i know how to according to youyube but it does not work the shape is going outside the game

tks Kiel!!
@Andreas Boye - I'd like a hint on level 36 in the small grid! It doesn't seem solveable :(
