puzzle adventure [browser]
Join Alex on this bright day for a relaxing walk that soon turns into a Puzzle Adventure, in this new puzzlescript puzzler by Space Monkey. (Z key to undo a move, R key to restart a level)
Thanks again for the featuring Bart ;-) I'm glad you enjoyed this one as well. I put my heart and soul in it, and did my best to deliver an interesting storyline as "Hero's journey" was the theme for the jam.
This will probably be my last puzzle game for at least a few months though. My next game will be a base building game, inspired by board games like Prosperity and Suburbia. It will be made in Godot and I'll be working with another dev, while I'll take care of art and game design. It should be out this summer as we plan to take it slow.
In meantime, have fun everyone! And thanks for playing my silly puzzle games ;-)
Also stuck on the last level. I know which way they'll try to move (as long as I stop to work it out every time), but I still can't tell whether they'll put a thing or leave it behind.
Finished! I was overthinking whether a spiral pulls a box/key/nother spiral or leaves it behind: it needs to be pulling directly away. So the upper key on the last level is the red herring, and it turns out you only need one of the boxes.

This is fun but hard. Got as far as the last level before I got really stuck.
ReplyDeleteThat last level cost me some vacation time for sure, but so happy it's solved!

ReplyDeleteVery enjoyable. Finds that magic space between too hard and too easy, and between too long and too short. Thanks, Space Monkey.
