stop [browser]

Stop and start time to reach the exit in each level of the puzzle platformer Stop by Daichifob (controls: cursorkeys to move, space to jump, K to stop/start time, J to shoot).

  1. Great little game, actually wish there were more levels, but nice idea with the 'stop' which gives some good game dynamics. Was stuck on one of the first bullet levels for a while until I actually read the first sentence of the description and realised that I didn't have to do a very long jump...

  2. That last level was simple enough but it took me 20 tries.
    No coordination at 5am.

  3. That was a really bad one. The level design was very uninspired, possibly exacerbated by the game mechanics just not lending themselves to anything particularly interesting. So I found myself fighting the horrible controls and curved-slidey-off-corners (why would you do this!?) way more than having to actually puzzle out what I was supposed to do.

  4. Quickly annoyed by this one. I quit at the first falling cube.

  6. Too harsh I'd say. I liked it. My only criticism is that the controls were a bit awkward. Maybe arrow keys to move and jump and A/S keys to stop/fire. Thanks Daichifob.

  7. I really liked it. I wish there were more levels. Sure, I'd prefer arrow keys. Even the rounded corners weren't that bad.

  8. For me, the left and right arrows worked like A and D, but the up arrow didn't jump like W (but the space bar did). Why not just map arrow keys and WASD for movement? After I got over having to use my left hand to move, the game was enjoyable.
