Indiana Hat and the Temple of Puzz is the companion game to the puzzle game below, another new puzzlescript puzzler by Thinky Collective, a collaborative game starting from the same first level by a group of developers passing on the game. (Z key to undo a move, R key to restart a level)
I'm already stuck at level 2. Anybody got a clue? Maybe I get the twist then. Thanks. ;-)
ReplyDelete@Markus
ReplyDeletehint level 2 : start by pushing left box on the left
need a hint for level 7
ReplyDeleteHow do you know what level you're at?
ReplyDelete@Megan : there's a "level select" in the menu (press "escape")

ReplyDeleteI'm stuck on #6
ReplyDeletehint level 6 : you need to put a box next to the one up there
ReplyDeleteAnyone figure out level 7? I've been working on it since yesterday.
ReplyDeletere: level 6, I tried that! Argh!
ReplyDeleteI'm out. Moving around is way too twitch sensitive for me.
ReplyDeleteFor 7 don't leave anything on the left hand side, make a couple of "knock off" moves from the middle low hanging wall, try to gain access to the upper row of ladders. Remember two horizontal pieces stick and it doesn't matter what vertical position they are in.
ReplyDeleteI1m stuck at level #13. Can't seem to pick up the ring AND not be burned in lava.
ReplyDeleteHow did you get #12 ? can't figure the trick
ReplyDeletepower of posting, got #12.
ReplyDeletelevel #13 : you can throw away the ring pressing down
@anonymous Thank you!
ReplyDeleteaaand, now I'm stuck at #14...
ReplyDelete#14: solved, forgot, then resolved with a bit of frustration... one of the states I thought was doomed turned out to be easily it with one extra loop around.
ReplyDeleteyou never have to leave the lower section to solve the main part of the puzzle, which is coming up with both blocks. the upper section just ensures you have both blocks, but doesn't grant you any other meaningful choices.
maybe this is too spoilery of a hint, but there's only one meaningful state that has a block at y=2 (taking floor blocks as y=0 and lava blocks as y=-1). you can then climb down the blocks
finally got level 7, so now i have 1-18...
ReplyDeletei thought earlier anonymous's hints was stuff i already knew, but turns out that i had focused on the wrong part of the sentence.
an additional hint i'd give is that if you play around a lot, you'll notice that there's a particular method of stacking blocks that gives you probably the maximum of possibilities. so, what if you just did that as much as possible?
I still don't understand level 14. Can anybody offer any tips?
ReplyDeleteOh, never mind! I will just clarify that you only need one of the blocks and the ring to solve level 14
ReplyDelete^^ yes, i misspoke because I thought of a ring as a block. obviously the ring is required to open the door
ReplyDeletethanks!
ReplyDeleteI'm still stuck on #14. Can't seem to find out how to be able to bring a box up.
Power of posting...
ReplyDeleteOnce you get the block up the ladder in #14, how do you get it off your head?
ReplyDeleteOK, never mind... how about #15?
ReplyDelete#15 stack on ring on top of the other to start.
ReplyDeleteany hints for 19?
ReplyDeleteFor 19 make a column of blocks and rings in order so if you were to walk to the right and jump the rings line up with the sockets.
ReplyDeleteFinally finished, good game, and probably overthought a few levels. There is a walkthrough for level 7 available for those still stuck on that one. The above hints all helped with the other levels so thanks all.
