A short platformer about a lost soul recovering fragments of itself and being touched by the higher being: SELF by Matt Ugh, Dev Dwarf and Connor Grail.
Wowwww that was fun. I haven't been so pleasantly surprised by a little browser platformer in a long, long time. This was fast, responsive, and had blood-pumping music to fit the game. I just wish there was more...but that's usually a good sign.
I don't think "a lost soul recovering fragments of itself and being touched by the higher being" is exactly what the devs were thinking of... doesn't seem like they meant it to be much deeper than "wow look you can do a crazy wiggly thing to launch yourself and also break these things that are super satisfying like the dash crystals in Celeste!"
Great game though, loved the concept! Also I might have to take a closer look at those dynamic music tracks, that's kind of my thing...
Didn't find any secrets either, but then again I didn't know to look too hard for any. ;-)
Seconding the fitting music and responsive controls. It never crossed that line from tricky-fun into cheap-frustrating. Why the hands? Why indeed. Solid choice! :-D
Anyone have any hints how to perform that second jump on the second level to the higher platform without crashing below? Tried several variations and never could complete that second jump without a fail...

Hmmmmm... Seems there are some "secret" files in here. Maybe there's a secret somewhere in the game? I didn't find one...
I'm not super fan of these skill games but I like the mechanics a lot. I'm not going to play further, tho, I'm too bad xD
