clay-scape [browser]
The colorful clay in the escape the room game Clay-Scape by Colorbomb might be hiding something sinister underneath. Do you dare to escape?

This game has some portability issues. It fails to run under either Chrome or Firefox on my platform.
Loads OK with Firefox/Win10 but too hard to play without high quality graphics, have to scroll all over the place and the itchy.io overlay gets in the way of the inventory.
It took a fairly long time to load. I had to scroll the page to access all the inventory. If you don't x-ray the guy, he comes back to your inventory. If you examine the green key it shows the crank handle. Hint: The website displayed is not a real site. Not a bad game since it was made in 10 days.
Same here. I think I skipped a bunch. I just assumed where the knight on the chess board would start and figured out the 3 moves. Didn't use the computer or the numbers/letters combination. The workshop is very creepy and the running horse with his ribs hanging out.
I had the same experience as others, I just brute-forced the knight puzzle in the second room, because nothing else seemed to respond to manipulation. I did work out what the letters are about, but did not find a place to use it.
Ah, okay. "Use keyboard" meant "Use the actual keyboard on your computer," not "Use the keyboard on the computer in this escape game." Was easy after that.
So I played it through again and figured out what I was misunderstanding.
There's a puzzle in the second room that says to solve it you should "use the keyboard". I assumed this meant you should do something to it with the keyboard at the computer elsewhere in that room, but it does not mean that at all. You can solve this puzzle with the keyboard of *your* computer, the one you're sitting at.
On my first crack, I was so sure the knight puzzle had to be next that I just flat-out missed that possibility.
Ok, this *does* load for me. It just takes a long time, with no clue that it's actually loading. I opened the link in a browser window, clicked "run", then did something else and forgot about it. When I noticed the tab was still around, and opened it, the game had loaded!
Wanted to play it, but the pop-up menu notifications in the top right of my Firefox browser completely obscure the inventory no matter how big/small I make the window.
Ya the overlay is annoying. You can scroll the page to grab stuff. I also really hate the Google one. When I play games, I listen to other stuff. Then when I need to I hit ⏸ on my keyboard. This is great at stopping the extra noise quickly. However the narrow volume bar was extended. Now Google uses a huge banner I can't get rid of!
Loved this. Found a bug halfway through and went to a black page - couldn't get it to load again in Chrome so played in Edge and it loaded straight away. BIG mistake though... I have all my Chrome tabs muted, so was completely happy and content in my silent little world, then all of a sudden I play in edge and get all of the creepy sound effects. The 'heartbeat' sound in the workshop terrified me!
This may be spoily for some people - sorry. I'm stuck in the second room. I have 5 four-digit numbers, 4 four-letter words, and I've typed all of them in to no avail. I can't plug in the computer. I tried to brute-force the knight puzzle box, also to no avail. I have not been able to pick up anything. I've visited both the game room and the workshop. I've seen the hanging men, but cannot do anything with them. I've found the horse device, and moved its legs, but not figured out what position they need to be in. I have no clue what the arrow controller does. I have no idea what else to do. Can someone give me a nudge, please?
Hey Anonymous above my comment, you've got 5 four-digit numbers and 4 four-letter words, what would the 5th number be if you convert the digits to letters? Try typing that word on the board saying "use the keyboard" (as in "use your own keyboard to type the code"). SPOILER END
Couldn't get this to work in any browser except Firefox and then had great difficulty trying to pick up objects because of the itch.io rubbish in the top right corner.
If you are you looking for a solution or a walkthrough for one of the game links, please have a look in the comments.

No problems here with Chrome under Win 10.

No save option. Fyi..

I ended up not needing any of the numbers or the computer in the 2nd room...or any of the info found in the dark...
Did I skip something?

Yeah, second room is kind of a hurdle. We decoded the numbers, but can't do much else.

What are the clock clues for anyways?
Anonimous: "What are the clock clues for anyways?"
They are angels. What angle does the hands on the wall clock have?
That... was... weird! That room with the camera filming the horse gait ?!?!?!
Oh I see the clock colors are the same as the 2 digit code box colors.
It just happens to be about the same as the # of items in the painting.
Hey Bart! Been a while since I've commented. This was a fun game. Just when I got stumped, the light bulb would come on! Thanks for sharing!
(spoiler)
Putting the clay guy in the blender felt a bit sadistic.
Wanted to play it, but the pop-up menu notifications in the top right of my Firefox browser completely obscure the inventory no matter how big/small I make the window.

Gave up.
Absolutely loved it - Thank you!
