What an awesome little game, I enjoyed it really much. Fun play, thanks for sharing!
World 2 is AGGRAVATING!!!
Cutest game ever! Very clever level design and fun writing also.
I love the kid radishes. They seem to have more sense than Dad... (paraphrase) "Dad. There are buzz saws and cannons all over the place." "Yep. Big corporate business."
That got really hard, really fast.
I'd rather play Ball in a Cup.
I think it is a bit hard, but the levels are short, this way I am not losing my patience for keep trying - I still would appreciate more checkpoints. :-D The story is funny and cute, I love those little radishes. :-D
Those Ball in a Cup comments not helping at all. Lot's of effort and dedication goes into those games and the indie devs deserve more constructive comments imo. You might think those are developed using ready to use packages or no code building blocks, but being positive while criticizing does not hurt.
Real challenge begins on fowlst mode!
Uh... So I beat the final boss in chicken mode and I can't advance to where the egg should be. There's just an invisible wall.
I wasn't sold at first, but the game really hooked me, and I really appreciated a lot of clever design throughout
One complaint is that fowlst mode is intriguing, but not really supported: it would be nice if they tracked which levels you beat in it, and didn't have broken aspects (the invisible wall mentioned above, I saw in several other places; weirdly, level 43 is completely unplayable in fowlst mode and breaks the game entirely)
I'm motivated to keep playing through the levels by my desire to see what funny thing the next radish kiddo says. :-)
I'm starting World 4 now. Compliments to the developer: The details of each world are fun and engaging. I like how the good guys are veggies and the enemies are junk food, with creative mechanics of attack like the exploding soda pop! The physics and difficulty level have been great. The dialogue is funny and adds to the game. I'm enjoying looking for the stars. I think the only thing I'd want to be different is the ability to remap the keys, because it's very hard to play with one hand if I can't use the up arrow for jump.
I just started World 5 and I'm loving the new mechanics. This game keeps getting better.
I love the game and want to finish it, but it doesn't seem to save overnight. I'm tired of restarting the game every time. Is there a way to make sure progress gets saved, or do you just have to play the whole thing in one sitting?
Finally finished! (I'm the most recent Anon from 10 March 2022)
I don't even want to think about how much time I spent on this game. After my attempt in March I forgot about the game and only came back to it yesterday. I think I finished it in one 12hr period with sleeping in between.
My biggest annoyance is that I had to keep my laptop running constantly to maintain my progress because the game seems to reset as soon as the tab refreshes.
The mechanics are real fun but tough to master. If you want to finish the game, get ready to invest a LOT of hours.
My favourite part of playing was realizing how the developer changed the timings of EVERYTHING in World 5: Soleka Station to create a lower force of gravity. It was an entirely new way to play the game that in retrospect I probably should have seen coming since the henchmen kept saying SPACE Durnak.
Fowlst mode is CRAZY because you're a chicken which never stays still and flies higher with ever left or right movement. Forget the spacebar! It's almost impossible to push boxes, but for some levels you can bypass what the boxes and buttons were for because you can fly. I didn't try to complete the entire game again in Fowlst mode - just enough to see how it worked.
I'm really impressed by the Anon on January 30 who beat the final boss in Fowlst mode! It's too bad you encountered a glitch and couldn't see if the credits changed. I gave it a try but I gave up after only a few minutes.
