Nice enough, wasn’t totally feeling it with this game though. Hint for the ring toss didn’t help…. One ring is off the table. It is the turn of the cutter knife to replace the table with the forehead. Cut off the bottom left of the forehead. Press the button that came out.
Generally a well done game on a technical level...but some of the hints were a bit of a stretch of logic. I stumbled onto the solution for all but one: the ring toss clue. (And as noted, the help for that wasn't logical!) But I did figure out what they meant, and did finish. Think it would have been even more frustrating at many points if I hadn't gotten lucky...
I'd appreciate a hint, please. I just got the 3 clovers, did the fork and salt and pepper things, the waffle and vinyl, got the clock handle and then I got this Jelly stuff. I haven't seen any hints for any of the numeric locks or the position ones, just the arrows. And all I have left is the Jelly box.
@Yu, if you've got the jelly, then you should also see the box in the same place with a 4 digit code. The clue for the code is on the top of the box which needs the combination of shapes from books in the book shelf. The very top symbol on the box tells you what you need to do to create the 4 digit code.
Abandoned the game because the need to reload multiple times. Finally and completely prevented from any more progress at the rocking chair. Reloading will not allow me to move forward. Very frustrating, but I don't understand how, after so much development work, a game is released with a bug that makes it impossible to finish.
Hancock, I'm with you. I do think it's barely possible that it's intentional, because other things still work (changing options, asking for a hint, etc.). But if so, it's a really weird mechanic, because it does look so much like a bug. I really wish the creator would fix it.
BTW, I also had the game freeze on me at the ring toss / picture frame puzzle, but I only had to reload once, which I think is another reason to think it's just a bug. Again, I really think it should be fixed.
Agree with the picture clue for the ring toss. Obviously a poor translation to English as there is nothing even resembling a "forehead". Not sure if it's worse that the clue made no sense or the fact that you are expected to "cut" a non-cut-able material... at least not with a flimsy utility knife.
I don't know if the freeze bug got fixed or something changed in my browser settings, but I just played through the game, beginning to end, with NO freezes. If you had that problem as well, try it again.

Rocking in the chair can freeze the game I refresh the page and load game to continue
ReplyDeleteYeah, rocking in the chair froze my game too. Refreshed the page but couldn't load the game to continue, so I guess I won't be finishing.

ReplyDeleteHad to reload multiple times for the rocking chair to finish but finally got it.
ReplyDeleteI'm stuck with an Aqua Jelly Ball box :P

The rocking chair freeze is VERY frustrating. Is there a trick to getting past it other tha "Reload, rock, repeat"?

ReplyDeleteStrange, I had no issues with this game at all...
ReplyDeleteBeautiful game. Lovely puzzles and graphics. Nice to see a good traditional escape game for a change. No bugs here.
