hat tricks: hare in box [browser]

Put magic hats atop objects to change their behaviors, and get the rabbits to the carrots in the puzzler Hat Tricks: Hare in Box by Patrick Traynor and Steven Miller, another entry for the 'Magician's Hat' themed Thinky Puzzle Game Jam 2.

    I got up to 14 by skipping 9 & 13.
    All of these puzzle games are way too clever for me.
    Why do I keep torturing's myself?
