I feel that I'm close since my hints have run out, but I cannot figure out the pool balls.
I think I'm in the same boat. I'm cleared out of hints, and I'm pretty sure I know what solution the pool balls are supposed to give me, but I think there's another puzzle I need to solve (or at least an item to find) before they'll provide the answer.
In E2, check for all items in the same places as E1. I missed one check.
I cannot get the hourglass code to work. I think I have the digits but it doesn't work
Yeah that one got me too.. It's one of the only puzzles that doesn't unlock automatically, so set the code, back out and open the drawer..
I'm also stuck at the hourglasses but a step behind. How do you get the code? I've checked the hint and still don't understand as I can't see any sand moving. Please help

I am stuck at the microscope/safe combo - when I follow the hints, I am still locked out
I'm stuck in the same place you are - I can't seem to get the game to progress past the grate (C) or the water (E1), any help would be appreciated :)
There's a walkthrough up on YT now. I was stuck because of a bug! When you open the briefcase, it should have the pool balls and a film canister that gives you more Replay time. My copy of the app didn't load the canister, and when I put the pool balls in the tank, the briefcase left my inventory. HOWEVER: I restarted the game, and when I got the half-empty briefcase again, I tapped in the middle of the pool balls and "got" the canister. You may need to do the same until Mani uploads a bug fix!
Thank goodness for that YouTube walkthrough -- I couldn't even get past the TV one because on my phone (Samsung Galaxy A01) the TV itself was nothing but black. No static, no hints, nuttin'. That's a major bug if I've ever seen one. Besides that, that was one heck of an escape game! Sure wish Kotorinosu would get back to web games though; I only have so much space on my phone for games...
I am also stuck at the beginning because of a bug, the stamp doesn't work on my phone. I can put it in the ink, becomes red, but doesn't print anything on the paper. I like the game, but I will wait a few weeks and download it again, maybe the bugs will be fixed.
Using a Samsung Galaxy A7 tablet. Unfortunately the clock in the second scene is nothing but a black shadow that I was able to randomly click on but could not advance from there. Tried resetting and reloading app but same result.
How should I read your comment? I don't know how this code works :-(
It's Rot13, a common cipher for obscuring spoilers. There are plenty of online decoders so you shouldn't have to decode it manually.

Brilliant! The design is so original and it's a great length. Quality escape rooms are so scarce these days but Kotorinosu is consistently good.
Just finished. Magnificent game. Whenever a Kotorinosu game comes out I cannot wait to get started. Amazing quality.
What the heck??????????? You get all the way to the end, find a tool that you haven’t seen before which opens a puzzle you haven’t been able to until now and there is a reset button behind it. DON’T CLICK IT!!!! It literally resets the game to the beginning! Why in the world is that even there???? Deleted the game immediately after my jaw hit the fooor. Very disappointed!
Good design but 1/ playing escape games on mobile is a pain and 2/ for me a good game is one you can 100% play and finish without asking for hints - this is not the case here.
Combined, the two inconvenients made me stop rapidly.... I found the Neutral XE one far more interesting.

Purtroppo ci sono alcuni bug, forse dipendenti dal device.
Impossibile vedere i suggerimenti, anche dopo l'ultimo aggiornamento.
Il timbro in B non funziona.
La macchina da scrivere in extra ha molti bug. Il primo inserimento non sblocca, occorre uscire e rientrare. E quello che penso sia l'ultimo inserimento, per finire il gioco, non sblocca nulla.
È frustrante perché non voglio vedermi video con le soluzioni, ma così non posso sapere se sono io che sbaglio o è un bug.
